Note on the beta. Cocentrica is a test version of a project still being incorporated. This offering is not specifically directed at people in Germany or in the European Union; it is operated from Mexico, and the German version of the platform is a courtesy translation. Anyone using the platform from outside Mexico does so on their own initiative (Terms, Section 8).

Responsible for content
The editorial content of the website (cocentrica.org) is the responsibility of Cocentrica's founding team, reachable at the email above. The content of each Node (community) is the responsibility of the people who administer it (Terms, Sections 7 and 13.5).
Dispute resolution
Cocentrica is neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body. Governing law and jurisdiction are set out in the Terms, Sections 16 and 18; mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence remain unaffected.
Note on content involving artificial intelligence
The website and parts of the platform were designed and built with the assistance of artificial intelligence; the assistant inside the application is an artificial intelligence and is labelled as such (Terms, Section 14).
